Ludlow 1.45
Ludlow 1.45 - Handicap Hurdle Class 4 - 2 miles 5 furlongs - 13 run - Good to Soft
A moderate Handicap Hurdle with a few lesser lights from big Yards.
Apache Creek is favourite, on a hat-trick for Jonjo, has gone up though for those wins from 95 to 101 and off 111 today and back from a 146 days break. The one they all have to beat but there may be better each way options.
GLORIOUS LADY comes a long way from Keith Dalgleish yard, his first ever runner here, best form is at Musselburgh a similarly flat easy right handed track the distance travelled is of most interest. No No Maestro from Fergals yard has clearly been fragile to train and probably best watched today.
Hurricane Dylan showed some promise last time here on return from a sizable break, should be a lot more competitive today and better ground a plus. Aliandy too has a decent place chance, runner up at Warwick in 2019 off a mark of 119 and after a wind operation they throw in a hood and a tongue tie, so they are literally throwing the kitchen sink at trying to get back to that sort of form. A win from Hurricane Dylan or Aliandy would not be a surprise.
The SP2A Tracker though that served me so well the other day flashes up ROCKHAMTOM, tipped last time here off the back of a promising run at Wincanton. It rained cats and dogs all day that day and the selection got stuck in the mud, it still retains that potential for Philip Hobbs, gets better conditions here and no excuses, we'd be hoping for a place at least at nice odds.
TRACKER - ROCKHAMTOM ( if you want an each way saver on Glorious Lady depending on Odds feel free to do so it won't be classed as a selection)
