Michael - Clonmel 2.40 Handicap Chase - 2 mles 7 furlongs - 14 run - Soft

 

There are plenty in here with chances but they are mostly an inconsistent lot.

 

Full Noise returns off a 301 day break into to handicap company over Fences. The market seems very keen, I can't share that confidence in known form. Sanibel Island is the most consistent in the race bar one with form of 3-1-1-3-2 the mark is rising though and for that reason alone I'll take it on. Crowsatedeappletart is upped in trip on handicap debut also and fell on only other Chase run. Fox Le Bei is solid form wise but upped in trip so stamina concerns. O'MIO BABBINO clicked at Thurles last time so will be dangerous given the confidence boost but just missed out on a tip selection to QUARRY LIL who showed real promise last time and could be coming to hand. I'll have O Mio Babbino as my reserve if any non runners. Highstreetfashion may have done its winning for now before Christmas but clearly has some ability. Four Country Roads has always been inconsistent, it popped up last time at Navan, a Course it clearly likes, I think it is less suited by this Track and history suggests it won't follow up!. Owl Creek Bridge in in the Tracker and would have a squeak off this mark on best form as does TRICKEY TRIX who has probably needed the runs so far in a truncated season but who has plenty of placed runs once tuned up to suggest the trip and mark give it a sporting each way chance of an enhanced place at nice e/w Odds.

 

The one I think they all have to beat though is MADE IN WOODS whose form figures are 2-2-2, it proved stamina when upped in trip a little farther than this last time and with that knowledge in the locker i really think they can have a real tilt at this race and I'll be very disappointed if we don't win ot place at the very least.
