At the top end of the market Happygolucky is a deserve favourite, has done nothing wrong, impressed has Course form and Distance form and the only possible chink of weakness may be experience. It's the horse they all have to beat in our opinion.

 

OnefortheTeam has a very solid chance, has to prove fully it's stamina, may not have welcomed so much rain, but not hard to see why some of the most respected Racing scribes and Tipsters are very keen on this one.

 

MILAN NATIVE brings winning Festival experience so we know if handles The Course, we know it gets the trip plus some proven added stamina, we know there are no excuses about the Going. It's looked a bit out of form but you can be sure Elliott had trained it to the day and Denise Foster is no mug, should it be in the race, that's debatable but our philosophy is "you can't bite off your nose to spite your face" and at the top end of the market it's the one at an each way price that ticks most boxes at an each way price.

 

Aye Right would have a similar chance, every box ticked and solid but just that little less probability in our eyes than Milan Native. Vintage Clouds should take them along at a nice pace and ensure a stamina test, Discordantly who has failed to complete the last twice is one at bigger odds to keep an eye on but the Irsih form of the Yard has been a niggling worry for some time, Pym has some Course and Distance form and is another who could have been trained to the day by the Team at Seven Barrows.

 

If it turns out to be a dawdle and plays in to the hands of those with a bit of a finishing kick up the hill there are 3 lurking who could take a hand. ALNADAM is the most interesting of them for us as it has a 3 mile P2P win, comes from a Yard in great nick (excuse the pun) the only niggle is that so far best runs have been right handed. Cepage is a danger based on better form in better races, but didn;t get home in this last year and has a tendency to get very fractious before races. The lack of a Crowd may help and it's one you may want to keep an eye on "in running" if it's settled and lobbing along going in to the 2nd Circuit worth pressing the betfair button for a couple of quid..."in running". Another who may benefit from that sort of dawdle and tactical race is Admirals Secret though it's claims are a little less obvious than the other pair.
