Tuesday 30th March

Warwick 3.00 Handicap Hurdle - Class 5 - 3 miles and 2 furlongs - Good - 12 run

A field of 12 and not many of them actually proven at the trip and several more with questions to answer on this better ground.

At the top end of the market Everything For You is undeniably the one they all have to beat, a facile winner 8 days ago at PLumpton, penalised for that and carrying a huge weight even with the Claim. It is probable it will strike whilst the proverbial iron is hot, if you want to have a win saver , feel free to do so, we'll seek some alternative better each way value.

Gold Clermont is up 7lbs for being a runner up on heavy last time, had a few runs on winter ground and I'm not totally convinced it will improve for the spring ground. One For Dunstan is a danger but hardly well handicapped and another whose form on Good Going and likely drying all day hardly jumps off the form pages.

The pair I most like each way are REALMS OF FIRE and TEENAGE DIRTBAG.

REALMS OF FIRE is the more obvious bits of form, 3rd twice including over Course and Distance, again runs off a low weight but one of the few with proven stamina, on a ice mark, who handles the Going and clearly capable enough round here. Not thrown in but just the most proven consistent on basis of form horse in the race under todays conditions.

TEENAGE DIRTBAG is more speculative but showed distinct signs of improvement last time upped in trip and even then you felt it needed further or a more searching track than the easy and flay Huntingdon. Warwick with its inclines and falls and the extra 2 furlongs looks a sensible move and I think this one could outrun Odds and is preferred to an equally if not more unexposed stablemate.

TIP - Realms Of Fire - TRACKER - Teenage Dirtbag.

NEWCASTLE 4.20 - Conditional Handicap Jockeys Hurdle - Division 1 - Class 5 - 2 miles 7 furlongs 149 yards - Good - 12 run

Having looked at every horse, all of who have trip, going or form concerns I can only find one actually with any quantifiable form at the trip, on Good Going and with winning form.

SIMPLY LUCKY is clearly best suited to Uttoxeter!. Its a tip in itself to put that in your Trackers NOW!.

The horse has won 3 times there at this kind of trip, n this kind of Going off marks between 75 and 78.

It has never won here. It comes off a 3 month break, bt it once won off a 421 day break for Nick Skelton

I may need the run, it may hate the Course, but at the odds and with so precious little else to offer anything quantifiable, I just can't resist a nibble.
